As a marketing project manager at Crossroads Professional Coaching my goal is to oversee and ensure that every project I manage receives personal attention, and to fulfill the needs of our clients with real solutions for all of their marketing needs.
Having worked for local and national publications as a designer and production coordinator for more than 20 years, I have honed the ability to showcase a client’s business, product or service in the best possible way for them to receive maximum visibility. My greatest professional desire is to put my clients in the spotlight and let them shine.
To do this, I apply a guiding principle of Peter Drucker, a well-known management consultant, educator, and author: “The most important thing in communication is to hear what isn’t being said.” This is reinforced by scripture, which reminds us to “be quick to hear and slow to speak.”
I love Crossroads because we place God at the forefront of all we do. This allows me to use God’s word, direction, and wisdom in my professional, as well as my personal life. Whether helping clients to realize their business goals, choosing my next book to read, or painting rocks (yes I do that sometimes…), I work to the best of my ability with a view toward maximum growth and potential, but also to the ultimate goal of bringing God glory as I truly believe that is what I was created and called to do.
My work is a “thanksgiving” for the blessings in my life, including my husband and 3 children.
