I’m Working, I Don’t Have Time To Get Depressed

Jan 24, 2014, Written by Sue Miley

As a business owner we don’t really have any choice….we have to go to work every day.  And it is important to function well.  But I am sure every business owner, even you and I, get depressed on occasion.

It may be a personal thing but you can’t just turn it off at work.  Or it could be the pressure of running your own business.

Either way, we don’t have time for depression.

Over on our counseling blog, The Crossroads We Encounter, I just posted a curation of tools and tips on how to avoid and combat depression.  I thought I would share it here also.  After all, small business owners, even Christians in business, are people too!

And people get depressed sometimes.

In this post, you will find:

  • How to determine if your depression is becoming clinical.
  • Where God is in our depression.
  • 5 actions to fight depression
  • Additional resources and links.
