Program Your Business GPS for 2015

 GPS

I must have made a wrong turn.  Now I am driving around in circles.  How do I get out of this neighborhood?

There aren’t that many streets.  This is ridiculous.  I am STUCK in a never-ending circle.

It is getting dark.  I need to not panic.

There has to be a way out.

Don’t you hate the mixed feelings of frustration, aggravation, and fear that mixes into a cocktail of despair when you are lost, driving aimlessly, and hoping for a sign or landmark that you recognize.

Today we have navigation systems that can help us find our way.  Even if we aren’t sure where we are!  All we have to do is enter into our device where we want to GO.

The GPS gives us step-by-step directions.

Wouldn’t It Be Nice To Have a Business GPS?

Have you ever felt like that in your small business?  You know where you want to go, but somewhere along the PATH, you took a wrong turn or forgot to fill up with gas.  Now you are STUCK somewhere along the PATH to achieving your vision.

You have the same feelings of frustration and fear, with a little pain sprinkled in, as you try to keep all of the plates in your small business spinning.  You aren’t sure if you went the right way on the crossroads you have encountered.

What you are praying for right now is a flashing sign from God to turn left or right.  You want direction in your business.  You want to get UNSTUCK and are praying that God leads you back to the PATH.

Sometimes when God answers my prayers it isn’t in the form of a magical flashing sign that appears on demand – okay it never is! But often I find answers and inspiration from others – people out there he’s working through to bring me the tools and advice I need – in a book or a blog post. Or a GPS navigation system.

Figure Out Where You Took The Wrong Turn

We need our business GPS to take us from where we are to where we want to be.  And just like when we are lost in an unfamiliar neighborhood, we are not sure what turn we skipped, or foundational building block we left out, when we were building our business.

Several years ago I built the Crossroads PATH to Purpose and Clarity.  You know, the perfect roadmap to building a business from the ground up with a solid foundation of rock to support incredible growth.

Then I realized that most people don’t look for the roadmap when they set out.  We know where we are going and we want to test out our concept first to see if customers have any interest.

We started and customers liked what we offered.  Soon we started growing and were handling it all on our own.  That was okay because we needed to make enough money to support ourselves and if it keeps going well, then we can hire help.

In fear, we only hire someone part-time.  What if we can’t pay them?  We will just take it one step at a time.

The good news is the bad news.  We kept growing (good news) but we don’t have the resources and systems in place to support all of the growth (bad news).  Soon we, the owners, are stretched to our limits.  We can’t grow because we can’t stretch anymore.  But we can’t stay here; it is too hard and painful to keep holding it all together.

Where is that business GPS?

Introducing the Crossroads Clarity Kit

We created the Crossroads Clarity Kit to help small business owners who are STUCK figure out what foundation building steps on the PATH they missed and provided a guide to help them get UNSTUCK and back on the track to growth.

The first step in the Clarity Kit is The Growth Opportunity Assessment.  The Growth Opportunity Assessment helps you to diagnose which of the steps you missed so that we know where to retrace your steps and start back on the PATH to Clarity and Purpose.

The Growth Opportunity Assessment is absolutely FREE and you can sign-up for it here.

Take the assessment to find your biggest opportunities – the most important things for you to focus on to create and sustain growth in your company:

  • Do you have a solid vision for where you want to go in your business?
  • Do you have a brand identity and point of difference that your target customer wants and needs?
  • Have you built a strong team that supports your vision and provides the strength and passion to help you grow?
  • Have you established systems and policies to ensure efficiency and guidelines on how to run the business the way that you would do it?
  • Do you have a marketing and sales plan to help you target your ideal clients and to increase sales once your foundation is set up?

The Growth Opportunity Assessment will help you determine definitively the answers to these questions.

Sign-up now, take the Assessment, and send us an email by December 31, 2014 to [email protected] and you will receive a FREE 15 minute consultation to discuss your results and how you may use the Clarity Kit Guide to return to the PATH of Clarity and Purpose for your business.  This is the path that leads to God’s vision for your business and the growth that you need to achieve this vision!
